The session is all about maximising the number of touches of the ball. We aim for each player to have a minimum of 500 touches which will give them the confidence to try new skills and manipulate the ball in tight areas. We will constantly be putting the players into 1 vs 1 duels so that they can master the hardest part of the game. We believe that putting players into realistic game situations will improve their ability to dominate opposition players and maximise enjoyment throughout the session.

Fundamental Movements
It is vital that our young players learn the fundamentals of movement which include agility, balance and co-ordination. We teach these fundamentals in a fun and interactive way so that the players are always engaged. Teaching this at a young age will be a fantastic start to their journey as a player.
Small Sided Games
Our Future Stars Session will always end in small sided games with the focus on a maximum of 3 vs 3. This will maximise the number of touches each player gets whilst ensuring the players are working on their decision making. From a Social development players will be constantly engaged meaning the players will enjoy every moment of the session.
