Welcome to the YEFA Holiday Course

We have one aim which is to create memories that will last a lifetime. We teach the game of life through the game of football.

Our Holiday academies have been running for the past 15 years and is a real favourite for everyone. Over 10,000 players have attended the 3 day academies, all coming away with a positive experience.

The camp is open to all players of all abilities set in a really fun, enthusiastic environment to ensure every child always has a smile on their face.

Holiday Course Itinerary

9.15am – Registration
9.30am – Welcome & Coaches introduction
9.45am – Technical Skills & Drills on the Topic of the day
11.00am – World Cup Tournament
12.00am – Dinner Time
12.30am – Dinnertime Dodgeball
1.00pm – Player & Team Challenges
2.15pm – World Cup Tournament
3.00pm – Depart

Last Day Ceremony

On the last day we have a presentation ceremony celebrating the 3 days giving players the opportunity to win trophies and the notorious YEFA world cup.

Parents are encouraged to join us in this.

Harry has been coming to the holiday courses since he was 4 years old and he has loved it from the very start. He has lots of fun whilst making some lovely friends and working on his football skills. All the coaches do a fantastic job and we would highly recommend these courses!

Technical Skills & Drills

Each day we have a new topic that our team of coaches work on with the players.

These topics include:

Dribbling – 1 vs 1 Duels
Passing & Receiving
Attacking & Shooting
The technical detail will be taught whilst in a fun and enthusiastic environment.

Player Skill Challenges

Player skill challenges are a real favourite amongst our campers as it allows them the opportunity to use all the techniques learned in a competitive environment against other players and teams.

World Cup Competitions

Players are placed into teams based on their age and technical ability. This is to ensure every player gets the maximum amount of enjoyment from the camp and so that they get lots of opportunities to use what they have learned throughout the day.

YEFA holds the World Cup every afternoon from 2.15pm onwards and parents are welcomed to come down to spectate and cheer on their loved one.

It is always an electric atmosphere with teams aiming to acquire as many points as possible to win the famous and inaugural Yorkshire Elite Football Academy World Cup.
