One To One

Here at YEFA, you can book a one to one session with our Director Of Coaching James Rourke or one of the YEFA highly qualified team.

Sessions are tailored specifically for the individual. This will be through discussion with both the player and parent to identify what areas of the game your players needs work on.

The sessions involve a 60 minute high intensity workout which will shape the four corner model. Technical, Tactical, Physical & Psychological.
